The DSB Free Fall Lifeboats are designed and built to SOLAS 83
classification societies and governmental standards to be ramp launched. It is
designed to safely evacuate mariners from vessels or offshore platforms and is
boarded through the aft hatch.
The 'Spearhead' FF Class release systems are specifically designed for easy
activation by the crew. After sales support for proper maintenance and re-certification
is available at most major ports world-wide.
Easy access of spares and maintenance for the engine, gearbox, steering system,
compressed air and water spray system is also assured by our world-wide after
sales service network.
Various Classification approved certificates can be available according to
the requirements of clients, such as KR, BV, RS, ABS, NK, GL, LR, ZC,
CCS and ETC.
